I came for an appointment after an NHS 111 call. I interacted with a receptionist and a doctor, both of whom were friendly and professional. The doctor was attentive and helpful. This is an amazing GP hub.

I am truly disgusted and upset with the care I have received from the GP Hub in East Croydon. I called 111 and was booked an appointment with them for this evening. I had an allergic reaction what I think earlier this morning, where I puffed out covered in hives and my eyes were swollen. I am 5 months pregnant, so I didnt want to take anything. I went to the hub for my appointment for the GP to take my word for it and say its an allergic reaction. Didnt check me over just googled what anti histamine are safe during pregnancy. Picked up my prescription to be given an anti histamine that clearly states on the box. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breast feeding. Now I cannot take it. I am in pain and disgusted at the service I have received, I work for the NHS in a mental health hospital and would never treat a patient this way.

I had painful rash all over and doc Nun prescribed moisturising cream(150ml) - basically a tester. He said I had dermatitis. Hardly looked at my rash, and looked annoyed everytime I asked a question. When I went to pharmacy I have been told that I can get this cream from boots as is cheaper to buy it than per prescription. Pharmacist was very helpful and had actually proper consultation about my symptoms. He said that i have either food or allergy reaction - not dermatitis as dermatitis could appear and spread in such a large area in such a short time. I have been given strong allergy tablets . I mean what a waste of time to go gp! I am discussed how I have been just in 2 mins diagnosed with wrong illness. Terrible experience!!

I have witnessed very considerable receptionist and also experienced caring doctor empathising my symptom. I did not expect to receive this kind of medical service in the UK.
