Branch needed reminding that we were coming to pick up vehicle.. Member of staff that we dealt with originally was on leave. Whilst there service was fine, however phoned 1.5 wks after to check change of ownership had occurred as no paperwork received were told by staff member that they would check with admin and call us back that was 6 days ago still waiting for return call! The car itself is great!

I would not use them for an Elevator. The ones we have our building break all the time and when they can't fix it they just walk off site and say we will be back tomorrow at 9 am! Bye!. We live in 50 story building and the have left us not for the first time with only one working lift. My guess is the service agreement they have in place just get's ignored by the engineers. Over the last few weeks the lifts have broken down at least 5 times.
