Having only ever lived in modern houses I was not prepared for the complexities that come with finding curtains for large apex windows. Georgina took the time to talk me through the different options suggesting solutions that would work within my modest budget. She has an amazing eye for design and colour and suggested fabrics which worked perfectly. Georgina was very flexible and worked around when we would be at home, often popping in at the end of the day or at the weekend. I am absolutely delighted with the result!

We have recently moved into our new house and so needed to dress 17 windows within a modern rather than traditional setting. We visited Taylor & Paix Interiors workshop and started discussions with Georgina and her staff. We were guided and advised on the fabric and fittings/mechanisms that would suite both our lifestyles and the house. Georgina listened to our vision and expertly guided us and was patient when we swapped and changed our minds on several occasions. Finally even after the efforts of COVID to put a spanner in the schedule we have a beautifully dresses home which I am sure we could not have achieved with out Georgina and her team. We had a strong budget, so dont expect to pay Economy prices if you want to sit in first Class.

Worst experience of my life!!! I would not use this service unless you want to be shafted. I was quoted a price for a job, they started the job and done something that they felt didnt look right. I asked why they continued if they felt it didnt look right, they should have shown be before continuing. The finish product was not good due to this. I was then told I should use their material which they quoted my 540.00 for to which I declined. I sourced my own material and dropped it off and was told it would take them a day and they would start next week. I then got a call to say it would take four days which would cost me 600.00. I am a business owner and I have morals and standards, if you give someone a price you should stick to it rather than change the price and timescales as and when you feel. The lady Georgina was rude unprofessional and pompous and the only time I have witnessed this behaviour is on rip of Britain. I would never run my business like this and I would never ever want someone else to go through what I went through.

What a pleasure it has been working with Georgina and the Taylor & Paix team! What started with a new kitchen blind in Summer 2021, grew to living room curtains and a matching blind, dinning chair seat pads, a kingsize headboard and a bathroom blind! She has literally sprinkled her magic across our cottage, creating beautiful piece to our budget. We are so happy with her creativity, the quality of her work and the personal service received.

Taylor and Paix were tasked with providing a simple but elegant curtain solution for an unconventional property where the walls zigzagged at acute angles, window lengths were not standard and the ceiling slope was non-parallel. Not an easy ask, especially for a highly fussy, non-visual customer who was abroad during the entire project. Georgina provided an exceptional consultatory service from the very beginning, recommending a variety of options and steering me away from my initial basic curtaining option to a much more contemporary, stylish solution. All the way through this project she has been extremely professional, incredibly detailed and transparent with all the associated costs for fabric, labour and installation. She has also been very flexible and accommodating of indecisiveness! The results have been fantastic and I look forward to working with her and her team again on further projects in my property.
