For sometime now I have had problems with internet connections and speed. I live in a large house built 10 years ago . The builders used silver backed insulation in all the walls and ceilings making the transmission of the router all the more difficult. Following five interruptions to a Netflix film I was watching I finally vowed to do something about it. I phoned Ryan who was able to make a visit the same afternoon. He came over and performed his magic. I had to buy some additional equipment which I did under his supervision. When Amazon delivered he was straight out and set everything up. I am now getting 4 times my previous speed and no interruptions. I am glad Ryan is there if I ever have to use him again . Very reasonable price

1IT have been a great IT support team for our business. We have between 30-40 staff members and they are always supported efficiently and in time by 1IT. All queries are answered and helped with ranging from software, hardware, user errors and general IT queries. Highly recommended and great customer service skills.

We would certainly recommend Ryan should you have a computer problem. After calling him on a Friday afternoon, Ryan was with us within the hour. He then worked over the weekend to get us back up and running again. Unfortunately, the old computer proved beyond repair but Ryan obtained a new one for us at a reasonable price, which included all his labour, and he successfully installed it in our home the following Monday.
