        I was shocked to read some negative comments about the pharmacy . I have always found them very helpful and will bend over backwards to give an excellent service . The staff do not deserve such negative comments

        The pharmacy staff are so kind and caring and look after my elderly Mum so beautifully. Its a village pharmacy that really cares about its residents

        Have been twice now at 0900 when opening first time there was no pharmacist there on time so had to wait until she arrived, and second time one staff member in on time who couldn't operate my payment by contactless so had to wait yet again for another staff member to arrive, not very impressed

        Staff were insensitive to my question, and shouted back at me in front of others what was supposed to be a private matter. They were rude and judgemental, I didnt feel comfortable speaking to them and I felt embarrassed and upset about something that couldve been dealt with more subtly.
