Great service. Contacted them, about a gas fault with my boiler, by text and got a very quick response back. They were then able to send someone that morning to have a look at the boiler. He was knew about my boiler and fixed it in about 10 mins. Haven't had the bill. But service was excellent. Many trades people don't even bother to respond. I will be using them in the future. Fitted boiler for a church, boiler leaked three times, and went off three times, Pettys now refuse to come to boiler saying that Pettys do not have a clue how to fix it and are not prepared to get the manufacturer involved. They have told the church to contact their chosen manufacturer direct. They have now lost all the church circuits business.
