Very lucky to get a last minute booking, my son wanted to visit Northumberland to celebrate his 16th birthday. Laura was very welcoming, the cottage is in a great quiet location. The room was perfect, overlooking a lovely garden. Bed very comfortable, room warm and very clean. Breakfast was great, good selection of cereal , nuts and fruit and nicely cooked breakfast. First visit to Lucker but felt at home. Very close to local pub, unfortunately due to late booking we couldnt eat there but visited on both nights and felt welcome as if locals. Great base to visit rest of Northumberland, will definitely return

Excellent location and accommodation. Laura makes you feel at home and nothing is too much for her. Lovely garden and an excellent cooked or continental breakfast with fresh fruit. It will be our first port of call when we return to the area.

Wonderful hosts, comfortable bed and an efficient shower. Attention to detail made the difference, such as fresh milk and water in the fridge daily and plenty of replenished cartons of tea, coffee and chocolate. Breakfast was super....every possible taste catered for. Gorgeous, secluded setting with large garden to relax in; only 150 yards from a gastro pub. A most refreshing stay. We will definitely return next time in the area. Thank you.
