Ordered a chair via Amazon on the 4th January 2022, order has apparently been lost or delayed with Currier, today its the 25th January I have requested they collect the 2 backs they have sent with no base and refund my order in full, Customer service is little to none cant wait to get you off the phone and that's if they answer in the first place. Spoke with Zoe on the 16th who got 1 box delivered the day after surprisingly after telling me it was lost, spoke with Zoe the day after to let her know box 2 was missing, she's arranged re delivery, we received box 1 again today 25th January, Spoke with Amber 25th January to confirm cancellation, collection and refund, couldn't wait to get me off the phone and I suspect from them tone of her voice was highly annoyed when I said I'd hold so she could confirm delivered date, looking forward to calling in a few days time to chase refund which I expect will be harder to get back from this company than sending the actual good ordered. This has now been a 3 week issue company have been of no help at all absolutely shocking! would not recommend using this company ever !

Terrible customer service. Bought something. It broke after using it twice. They wouldn't help and did nothing but argue about it. Avoid!

Had marquee delivered a wk ago and was quite disappointed that one of the bars was broken but got in contact with this company got talking to a lovely person who arranged for a replacement to be sent out can not fault ther customer service one bit

Bought daughter a hot tub for birthday, took money cancelled order, steer clear. Not even the decency to explain.

Shocking company , asked for a refund , parcel has been returned to them and their lines conveniently closed. I have called the police. Bunch of thieves. Dont use this company at all costs .
