I had a voucher during lockdown, 150 but obviously not used it and the voucher was out of date. I have spoken to Nicola who informs me there is absolutely nothing they can do , no refund , no complimentary voucher offered, Lewis Partnership are just going to keep the 150 paid. Absolutely disgusting and i advise dont buy any vouchers from this company!! I understand the voucher is out of date but i have had other vouchers from various companies and they have been very accommodating whereas Lewis Partnership have not. What happens to the 150 they have kept?
