        Kevin is courteous, punctual and very efficient. He has come out to check our faulty boiler on several occasions . Within hours of calling him, Kevin inspected the faulty boiler and had identified the issue. He replaced the boiler within 24 hours and worked tirelessly to ensure we had hot water within the day. I would highly recommend Kevin- he is very reliable. Services: Water heater installation, Water heater repair

        We first called TTPP for help with our boiler, worried that we'd need a full replacement. Instead Kevin identified that we just needed to have it serviced and fixed up a bit, saving us hundreds of pounds and fixing the issue. We called him back for a leaky toilet which he also solved no problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and easy to have in the house (cleaned up, super conscientious). Luckily we've had no more plumbing issues, but I feel so relieved knowing we have access to TTPP in case anything does come up in the future. Thank you Kevin! Highly recommend.
