Really poor management. The moment you step inside the nursery it smells bad, looks dirty, furniture is all over the place. I wouldn't send my child to this nursery.

Went to view the place about 2 months ago. Decided to not let my child go because I saw, 1 memeber of staff holding and kissing a baby a few times. I didn't ask their relationship or any question so can't say if there was truly an issue but that influenced my decision. Also overcrowded, dark and dirty.

Monkey Puzzle are the total solution of all my childcare matters. They have looked after my child and shes very happy being there The Nursery is run professionally whilst keeping a personal touch. Children feel happy and the remain safe. I've no hesitation in recommending them to all who need child care

My grand daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle Day care since 2018 when I moved to london. I am very comfortable leaving her there. The staff iare very friendly and the environment of the nursery is welcoming and spacious. I can see my granddaughter picking up positive traits from both home and the nursery, which the nursery also helps to reinforce. I have heard stories of how sometimes nurseries are overcrowded or staff does not pay attention to the children, I can confidently say that I have never had any such problem and my granddaughter is dealt with good care and diligence. Monkey puzzle is definitely doing something right and I hope this continues. I would also like to congratulate the new manager on the recent Ofsted report and applaud her for her efficiency and hard work.
