        Sunny at Bathroom One has been with me throughout 2 bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet replacement between 2018 and 2021. What sets Sunny apart is attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Throughout the 3 refurbishments, occasionally the wrong item was ordered and Sunny was only too happy to collect and send an alternative. No hassle and no fuss. Sunny is super responsive and nothing is ever too much trouble. This was confirmed again today when the (admittedly expensive) bathroom cabinet for the ensuite, fitted in 2018, failed for the 3rd time (the LED lights in the doors stop working) following 2 lots of replacement doors (all provided next day and free of charge) since fitting. Despite the last contact from me being in 2021, Sunny responded immediately, spoke to the supplier and a brand new cabinet is on its way, again free of charge. You simply cannot get better customer service than that. Buy niceor buy twice! I can only imagine how much trouble I would have had if I had bought the equipment from a DIY store. 100% recommended and would be 10 stars if that option existed.
