Brilliant, professional friendly team who tackled a very challenging job in reinforcing our wall and then completely redoing our garden. Gerald was collaborative throughout and all the guys on his team were polite and diligent. Couldnt be happier with the result, which was done on time and to budget.

A week after completion the pain job failed and started flaking. Gerald apologised and committed to come back and redo it. That was in January and we agreed it would be better to wait for warmer weather. Unfortunately he has since disappeared and stopped taking phone calls or replying to messages. I managed to corner him into picking up when calling from a different number and we pencilled in a date, only for him to stand us up and make a bogus excuse after wed waited 30 minutes for him - when he obviously had no intention of showing up at all in the first place. I told him Id give him one more chance to make it right but unfortunately he has again disappeared, not taking calls or responding to messages, which seems to be his modus operandi. So I am giving up and writing this review as chasing him around has become an exercise in futility. We spent over 10k on our garden with AgentsGreen and we are extremely disappointed by the way we have been treated. I am giving a generous two stars because the job itself, although far from exceptional, was decent - with the exception of the paint job - but the lack of professionalism and reliability is quite frankly shocking. Very unfortunate it had to end this way especially since we had more business for Gerald. We will clearly be going elsewhere. 3 years ago Gerald and his team changed what was an overgrown jungle, which had a fallen tree and sloping ground, into a beautiful garden. A previous expensive designer had completely ignored our requirements and so I went with Gerald who listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. He levelled the ground built raised flowerbeds and erected a lovely summer house. We now keep Gerald to do a yearly maintenance visit and this year he repaired a wall he had built which was cracking due to movement. Gerald has a lot of landscaping and plant knowledge and his wife does amazing designs for the gardens he does. He always recruits good quality workmen on his team. He is very personable and he will endeavour to give you what you require and give you good advice. His work is always of the highest quality.
