        Just had my MOT done, saw online that it had passed with no problems so rang to ask when to collect, was told 'just finishing the lights off, car done in 5'. MOT costing 54, I opted to use GNP as family do and I have in the past (even though I feel I'm cheated every time - my mistake coming back) & with other garages doing 20-30 MOT's you'd usually expect them to be the ones to add on stupid labour prices or silly installs just to get extra . Go to collect the car and I'm told '96.01'. Almost 30 labour just for changing the plate bulbs. Not informed before hand that this needs to be done or the cost. Very disappointed in the way they went about this, a 2min job for someone who comes regularly to be charged 30min labour & without being informed beforehand. Service: General repairs & maintenance
