I'm very satisfied with this agency. During my visit, Antony was very friendly and attentive. He was also responsive and efficient during the various administrative steps that followed until the recovery of the keys. Slava is also very available and responsive for the management of the flat. I recommend this agency!

The service we received for Antony was outstanding and could not be faulted. Made the whole process as easy as he possibly could. Reason for the one star reduction is the referencing was agonisingly long however this was out of Antony's control. I would however suggest to the company that they to the referencing internally moving forward as I am sure it will be a much easier and smoother process. But besides that everyone at citydeal was very accomodating and very understanding of our complicated situation. Would definitely recommend them!
