My car which is an imported car from Japan, had went into engine overheating problem. There is no suitable diagnostic tool to perform the diagnosis due to my car model was unavailable in the UK market. Instead of giving up, the workshop is willing to spend effort on my car and help identifying the problem. Turned out the problem was caused by the faulty thermostat and coolant sensor, and the overheat problem was fixed with the replacement of the two faulty parts.
All the amazing things were done just within 2 days for a very reasonable price, which was totally outside my expectations.
Will be coming back with them for sure.
