        One word - HORRIBLE!! Nancy did the hair cut and keratin for me. She did not bother to ask what I want before she started cutting my hair. While doing keratin, she was pulling my hair very hard. I politely told many times that it hurt but she did not care. She did not allow any time to set it in, it was like she was rushing to finish it and did not care to do it properly. One time the hot iron touched my face and I screamed. She did not stop or did not even say Sorry. I am not going back there ever but just want to warn others.
