Bad avoid at all cost went in to order some materials for a job was told to come back in a few days. So went back and the chap on the front desk starts to rummage through papers on his desk only to say sorry mate lost the list. Bad attitude Bad customer service.

Extremely aggressive and unprofessional staff!!. This relates to a road traffic incident on the A40 where one of their drivers was responsible for a road rage incident where the police had to attend the scene to diffuse the situation. The driver was driving erratically, tailgating, flashing his high beams and excessively using his horn to intimidate me on the road. Unfortunately the only thing he achieved was making him and his employers look like idiots infront of hundreds of road users. This is not how I would want any of my staff to represent my business during or outside of working hours. I have the incident on camera and may report this to the police as the company should be aware their driver has committed an offence under the road traffic act. They can decide weather he should have points on his license and his company car siezed. Just a reminder it is illegal to excessively use your horn, high beams or tailgate other road users to intimidate, force them to give way or because of an annoyance. I feel sorry for the owner of this company who has probably spent alot of time and hardwork creating a brand image just to have an employee destroy it in seconds.
