Been here three times. Two out of the three they lost either one or two of my shirts. Sorry, not lost, they got very angry when I said that. They were currently away from the store, away from my other shirts and away from me on the date we agreed I'd pick them up. But definitely not lost. I'm not sure if its good business to get pedantic over the word 'lost', refuse refunds, make customers come back multiple times for one set of dry cleaning, tell them to come back 'about 10am, because sometimes we're late opening up' or to have a business that is clearly filthy and rat infested. These people are a disgrace. I spoke to another customer in there. Guess what? They had clothes missing too. Terrible business. Avoid. I only went back the final time because the other Acton dry cleaner I go to was currently closed. Lesson learned. Never again.
