I have been attending this dentist from as far back as it was called Springfield. I attended this morning and I just love this place from the minute you walk in. You get a very warm welcome and the front staffs are very warm and friendly. I am a very nervous patient and didn't attend the dentist as often as I should have due to the fear of the needle. I use to have to be knocked out, that's how scared I was but, altho still nervous I have faith in my dentist who makes me feel at ease the minute I enter the room along with his lovely assistant. No more putting to sleep and taking the injections. I highly recommend The Perfect Smile, Hornton Lane, Acton. Keep up the good work guys.

Worst experience ever. I had an appointment confirmed for April which I booked months ago due to my wisdom teeth pain. I called to reconfirm my appointment and told me that its been rearranged for July without me knowing. I informed the team clearly that my appointment was in April and in so much pain, however had no sympathy.

I am very pleased with the service at this practice, especiallly with my dentist, David. Very nice surroundings and staff, though very sorry to be losing David who is returning to his country. Good luck David, and best wishes for your future.

I'm patient with severe anxiety. Avoided dentist until the last moment. :( Perfect Smile Acton you have restored my faith and treated me with extreme care and compassion. Doctor Alexander you are more than a star! I wish the world had more people like you! I strongly recommend this clinic to everyone!
