Extremely bad customer service for some time now and their prices are not cheap. The local Sainsburys is cheaper! Also, they dont care to remove rotten fruits often. It was not like this in the past but lately this is the case. They need a customer service training. I just go there if I dont have any other choice. Part two: few days I walked there to buy something because I had to, ripped boxes were all over the floors. It wasnt even 8pm. Health and safety hazard and disgusting also. From bad to worse, no hope for this place because the management obviously doesnt care about this store. Would you like to shop here?

I am really angry! the delivery guy turned up with all my details and order number but someone else's shopping, I showed the driver my confirmation email with my shopping list he could see that was not what was in his bags full of alcohol.I asked him to go back and get my shopping and I never see him again I called the shop explained & they said they would contact the manager and get back to me, guess what I never heard from them again, I called back only to get a answering machine each time. Their delivery proccess is being carried out by incompetent staff their choice of delivery people are incompetent and their customer service is not only incompetent it is disgustingly neglectful.
