Morrisons Cafe

I ordered 2 small breakfast and 2 toast the breakfast was stone cold and the toast looked anemic a gentleman sitting opposite me returned he's breakfast twice and it still came back cold we also complained and the staff all men were very unhelpful and just shrugged there shoulders, they just wasn't interested, I used to go there quite often when it was run by women it was so nice, these men haven't got a clue, I was very disappointed, I won't be going back there again, I only gave 1 star so I could write this review otherwise you would of got none.....

One sandwich with ham and cheese, the other with mayo and whole shrimps. The scones were very dry and crumbly. The brownies were rock hard and dry. The cake was alright. Apparently noone had ordered afternoon tea for a while, because it was served on dusty plates...

Returning customer- Lovely afternoon tea prepared by Sue at Morristons Acton W3. Excellent customer service from Sue who got two afternoon teas ready at short notice and still with a smile on her face. She even showed me how to order by phone next time.

Just stopedto have quick bite to eat at Morrisons Cafe Acton. We waited 10 min to be served as staff was to busy watching pictures on the phones. From all day menu the only meals available were Jacket Potato with tuna and chips. I have ordered jacket potato with tuna and salad just to find out there is no salad available either but I have been offered chips instead. They said they cannot cook anything after 5pm as they are closing at 7pm. We walked away as not funcy Jacket potato with Chips (hmm potato). Very poor customer service!!! PS: I am diabetic.
