Disaster hair cut!!! I will never go back

Far from Euphoria for me, quite the opposite. Unfortunately, I will never know what the salon is like and will never, ever go there again. If first impressions count, this was a disaster. An appointment was booked and I was 12 minutes late. The hairdresser told me she can't take me and she has to go home. This is during Xmas and to be honest, I thought it was awful. Sorry to be 12 minutes late but if this is how you treat your customers, I think it's best never to come here. I booked this appointment at least a month ago if not more, was looking forward to it and was so disappointed. I would stay away, not worth a star.

My name is Marcin. I've been having my hair cut by Iwona since 2015. She is the best hairdresser I have ever met. Recently, I've decided to change my hairstyle and cut my hair. I've been having long hair for 5 years and took a decision to have a new image. Now thanks to Iwona, her suggestions and her work people say I am at least 5-10 years younger.. it is a very nice... thanks to Iwona :)
