A lovely experience at the salon, its very nice and clean and all the staff are friendly. Had a treatment for pigmentation removal and a massage, great treatments to have with the skin professionals here. I'm very happy, thank you.

Even only having had 2 experiences here, I would like to say that this is a fabulous place to get treatments done! Anisah is both a therapist, and owner of the clinic, and is incredibly experienced, and invested - in all senses of the word. She is very driven, and passionate about her work - I would say she is also an eternal student, always striving to do and be the best in her field. She took a long time before the treatment to do an indepth consultation with me - making sure I understood not only what I had paid for, but also what my skin type was - and what it's specific needs are. It turns out I have sensitive skin (I thought I had a t-zone), and that I had booked something that might not be ideal for my skin type. Instead of taking my money, and doing the treatment regardless, Anisah talked me through more appropriate treatments for my skin type. This course of action meant giving me an extra appointment, for an extra treatment, two days later - so that I would still be getting the value of what I had paid. What an insightful way to treat a client! Knowing someone will return because they trust your judgement - and see results- as opposed to leaving disappointed. The focus is on the customer to ensure that they get the right advice and treatment. Anisah is a hard working entrepreneur, who knows her stuff - and is intent on training the next generation to be the same. The only thing I would say is it's a shame the building looks more like a straight forward NVQ training facility - and not what you'd expect a clinic/spa to look like - as it's easy to walk by, without realising what it is. If you don't know what to go for, and/or you want sound advice - and stunning results - speak to Anisah. (*for the record, I had partial microneedling, combined with skin brightening and cold hammer treatment with Hyaluronic Acid... my follow up treatment was with Zuhal, also a lovely lady!) I will definitely return in the New Year, once my bank account has recovered from Christmas spending!

I've been coming to this salon for years, great haircut, eye brow threading, and facials. I am looking forward to treating myself to more treatments. Staff are super friendly x

I have trained with Anisah the past year . She helped me achieve the knowledge and in-depth training on laser hair removal and offers allot more single courses !! Cant recommend her training enough !! I love this woman !!!! She has wisdom
