I really recommend this salon,its very clean ,friendly and very professional. I just had my nails done by Georgiana and O am very happy with her service. Definitely I will come bk to her.

The staff were great but the actual manicure was really poor. 4 nails chipped badly the day after the manicure and after 3 days, these 4 nails peeled straight off in one leaving no damage to the nail, so potentially hadn't been set properly. I called and left two voicemails and emailed twice to try to resolve this as I don't like writing bad reviews but I received no response at all. Unfortunately as lovely as the staff were at the time, I wouldn't recommend for a manicure. Service: Manicure

Small place in Acton, a bit hard to find at first. I bought a Groupon for 3 microdermabrasion treatments, and each time, my treatment length got shorter and shorter. For one of my appointments, I was late because of bus delays, but I rang her to let her know in advance. Instead of trying to ease my worries, she told me I'd lose my appointment time and made no effort in trying to rebook me, and then hung up on me! That got me so stressed that I ran to the place instead so I wouldn't lose my appointment. I was having an asthma attack by the time I got to the place! Not relaxing at all! She also lied to me when, at the end of my last treatment, said she would debrief with me afterwards but went to deal with another client instead. The other lady who worked there told me that she would give me a ring to follow up, but no phone call to date. Treatments were affordable, but there is a reason why. Be Careful.
