        Very disappointing. No food, no freeview channels, no wifi. Horrific noise whenever water was run in the bathroom. Bedroom furniture too big for the room so we bumped into it repeatedly going to the bathroom and getting into bed. On the plus side the bed was clean and comfortable. The landlady was friendly and welcoming and the room was fine except for the noise from the bar. The price was fair though for what we got and having the dog with us was no problem.

        Terrific here. So accommodating. Really friendly and doggies welcome. Great range of drinks. Always has a nice real ale on that changes often. Walkability: Some great walks about and not far from Hadrian's Wall.
