Ochiltree Bespoke Joinery Ltd

Just had 5 new wooden double glazed sash windows fitted replacing the very old single glazed ones and a new stable door. Neil and his team at Ochiltree Joinery in Acomb, Northumberland have done an amazing job the attention to detail is superb and the fitters were total perfectionists. Every gap around the frame was filled and then additional wood added to ensure a neat perfect finish against the uneven stonework. They even copied the lovely scroll detail from the original windows. The front door is stunning and totally draught proof which makes a huge difference. I actually cried when the fitters left as I was blown away by the finished products and finish. Would highly recommend well worth waiting for.

Neil and his team replaced our 100 year old front door with a new beautiful Accoya wood door. Their level of skill and craftsmanship is second to none with the result a stunning door complete with ironmongery and multipoint lock that is still in keeping with the character of our house. Ochiltree we're also more keenly priced than a large national competitor. I would not hesitate to recommend Ochiltree Bespoke Joinery.

We have used Ochiltree several times now. why? Because work and products are of the highest quality. Neil and his great team are friendly, hard working and very professional. We live in a grade two listed property and had all our windows replaced with Accoya which is an expensive wood but has such a long life! We were so pleased with Ochiltree's work we used them again for windows and doors to our new garden room again using accoya wood, also oak for internal french doors, again excellent results. Our final addition was new gates to the property again using accoya and once again fantastic results! All paint work matched up too, need I say it, yes, perfect finish! We had all our windows on our G2 Listed house replaced. Neil was great to deal with. Very accommodating and always replied to emails promptly. They werent the cheapest by any means because Acoya is an expensive wood but we decided it was worth the extra cost to have the 50 year guarantee. We were going to fit the windows ourselves but the cost of fitting was really reasonable and it was a massive relief to be able to let someone else deal with that while we carried on with the other work. The fitters were polite, friendly and tidy and did a lovely job. The windows themselves are beautiful and have transformed the house. There was a small mistake with the glazing in the bathroom window that had plain glass instead of obscure but this was corrected and the window fitted within a few days. Would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely fabulous service from Ochiltree bespoke joinery. I cant fault anything at all. Neil and the fitters were just first class. Fantastic attention to detail. I couldnt recommend them highly enough. A brilliant job from start to finish, we are delighted with everything that they have done for us.
