So far very disappointed with service received by them, My Son brought an ex demo bike with only 800 miles on it, After waiting 3 weeks for the log book before he could use it for first time as they lost it which we only found out about when going in to make final payment etc and sort delivery. After bike delivered it wouldn't start had flat and faulty battery, Got new one myself for it as I thought no big deal and they 25 miles away. Used bike once Son got 20 miles on it and broke down stranded on side of road, They picked it up and after a few days they apparently found fault with engine valves! and fixed it. Collected bike now done another 100 miles on it and and broke down in the cold on side of road again with the same issue. Bike gone back again. Phoned for update but told other work was priority over it so would get on it when they could, asked about refund as bike obviously Sold not fit for purpose but told they would not offer refund on Herald bikes! as they have to give chance to fix it again. Will keep this review updated. Found fault myself,replaced ignition lead and cap. Has since done 1500 fault free miles.

You won't meet a more friendly bunch of people. Nothing is too much hard work for them. Mahoosive selection of bikes and riding gear to choose from. There is a cafe opening here soon too!
