I am happy to say that the quality of J H Property Services' work is above praise. Passers-by keep commenting on our new driveway. One person said that this is the best brickweave paving she'd seen. We are very glad that we chose this company - first to lay two patios in the back garden and recently to pave the driveway. Doesn't stick to what he tells you promised a email quote within 5days of coming around to look at the job. After about 3 text message he final replied. Due to the high number of calls received we will not be quoting for my project . No calls around 3 text messages. I've now received an email requesting me to remove the negative feedback. Apparently I was caught up with another customer whom was ringing 5/10 times a day so I didn't get a quote because of three text messages. Well future customers don't chase of quotes just wait for when it's convenient to him. Don't feed customer's with broken promises. Dreadful customer service shame as the photo of projects look good. Be Warned communication is very poor. Now your calling me a liar with regards to offering an email quote with 5 days these were your words.
