EAS Ltd have just completed a large house extension for us, comprising kitchen, bedroom/study, bathroom, and patio area. High quality of craftmanship from a small dedicated team. Work schedule was agreed and adhered to, and build progress was maintained throughout the period, with the team operating on a 07.30am - 17.00pm basis when on site (weather permitting). Quick to resolve any issues that arose in a satisfactory manner, and at all times the agreed terms and conditions of the contract were fully met. My wife and I are both delighted with the finished product.

We recently had a single storey extension to the back of our house and refurbishment to our cottage . Right from the quotation stage, Andrew, adhered to all our needs and wants and we felt like nothing was too much trouble. The work was carried out as scheduled and stages of the build were kept to a timeline and budget . We had no worries or concerns leaving Andrew and his team to get on with the build. The other workmen / women on the job,were a pleasure to have around and again nothing was too much trouble. Andrew arranged all the other contractors to come and complete various parts of the work and this happens efficiently and to a very high standard. We can not fault any part of the work, customer service, price and standards we have received. We have all ready got another job for East Anglian Services Ltd to start in the summer and we have recommended Andrew and his team to friends and family. Andrew came and gave a quote for an Extension, Wall removal, New Toilet and Staircase renovation. We were happy with the quote and only paying 10% up front. The work was to take 3 months and that was achieved and was to a very good quality. The guy's working on the job were very professional and took into account that we were living at home during the building work. Like all major projects problems occurred during the works but these were discussed and and dealt with to our complete satisfaction. Minor niggles were repaired under their guarantee months after. Since our project was completed our friends have had work done by Andrew and his team. I would recommend East Anglian Services to anyone.
