        we have contacted this company 3 times, spoken to a lady twice (who said she would phone back and hasn't) and also left a message on the answer machine. The last time we spoke to the lady she told us an engineer would be with us today (9/3/23) and she would phone back to confirm a time. She didn't phone back and the engineer didn't arrive. Tomorrow a more reliable company will be attending out premises.

        Heating system hiccupped before Xmas. Matt dropped in same day and couldn't find anything wrong. NO charges raised. Did the same again 2 weeks later, came in the next day and fitted new 3 port valve and boiler stat (which was faulty as well). Bill was fair and significantly below the estimate given. Fitted good quality parts.I don't know what more we could have asked for! Thank you guys! Service: Water heater repair
