        I spoke to Ashley Smith who owns the company about a problem that I had with my BMW GS he sorted it out in a matter of weeks even though he was slowed down by incompetence by BMW themselves they kept sending him the wrong parts this happened to him twice which put a delay on me getting my bike back wasn't really that worried about it because everywhere was covered in ice and it was freezing cold so I couldn't take the bike out it would have been a death sentence if I had. As for an overall rating, and me being a first-time customer of his and certainly won't be the last time I can guarantee you that much Ashley's Superbikes or Smithy's Superbikes in Acle Norfolk is definitely going to get a resounding five stars from me and a big whoop whoop. Thanks Ash.
