There were a few problems which can happen anywhere. It was the way they were dealt with that is the reason for the 2 stars. On arrival, we were told that card machine wasn't working and cash was needed. I set off and returned over an hour later, having tried a number of machines in the area. I rejoined the group and had a good meal until the dessert. My crumble had a burnt topping and had to be replaced. The replacement was not quite as badly burnt but it certainly had a burnt taste. When I paid (using the card machine!!!), I mentioned the problems and all I received was a glib apology and I doubt if my feedback will be reported upwards. The was no mention of any reduction for the inconvenience or for the burnt dessert.
