        Contacted Flowfinity in regards to a blocked drain and the guys were very punctual with there time scale came prepared and cracked on straight away diagnosed the problem and resolved it straight away highly recommend excellent service

        Discovered the consequences of a blocked drain on changeover day at our holiday let. With no prior warning from guests about the problem, timescales to resolve issue before next guests were tight. From the first phone call to FlowFinity they understood the urgency, maintained contact about arrival times, fixed the problem and left the property not just tidy but guest-ready tidy. Work that day identified tree root ingress and a couple of months on we have now had the drains lined. In challenging weather the team worked long hours in order to complete same day. Thank you Torin, Jordan and Brad; great service, communication and respect for our property.
