        Absolutely APPALLING customer service. Sue on front desk isnt fit to work with The public, her attitude towards people is absolutely atrocious.

        Has become extremely expensive. 56 10minute appointment fee. Creams and medications being pushed at 5X the price you can buy them for on Amazon. No info given on prices until you are at the till. Vets have a sales target to meet each day.
