        Called to make an appointment for my children's pet hamster who is very unwell and needed euthanising. The lady on the phone sounded bored and fed up, was really dismissive of me and basically told me I couldnt have an appointment as they were double booked for weeks! Ridiculous. Clearly they dont care about animals.

        It's not open that much nowadays as staffing problems and has got quite expensive lately.. but staff are fantastic and helpful when there.. its a she really my pug loved going there..

        Words cannot describe there poor treatment with regards animal welfare. Pet care should always come first and not profit margins Moving all my pets away to Animal Trust
