        Bought and paid for a part on line. Was told 2 days delivery. By phone call from himself. I waited 10 days, until I checked in with Breaker Link. Found a message from Crawshaw. The part was faulty,so I got an immediate refund. Just hadn't checked my bank. I suffer bad from anxiety,so today was a great relief.. Thank you for your prompt action. No complaints from me.

        Ordered a throttle body for my car and it wasnt in working condition and the answer which I got from Niall was oh just remove the plugs with wire and fit your plugs in to it.

        Bought a bare engine with warranty, engine installed by a reputable garage, The engine came with a warranty. Engine failed on the button in last day of warranty. Company did not reply to messages sent totally ignored the message. Wish I had read previous reviews. Customer service is clearly a huge issue unless they are taking your money off you.
