Cars very good very good person I highly recommend this dealership for used and new cars because the owners approach the transaction very honestly and eloquently, even the resulting problem of any failure is very quickly decided to repair or replace the replacement car, of course, free of charge until the issue of the current car is settled I highly recommend

This is very unprofessional and unethical behavior by the Owner Mr Asif from Sintra motors, Accrington, Fairfield. I recently bought a Honda Jazz from him. When I was purchasing the vehicle, The vehicle had only 3 months of MOT, but it was advertised as long MOT. I raised this question at the time of purchase so, It was agreed between us during the purchase that he will get me one more year of MOT when the time comes closer. Finally, when the time came closer, I have informed him regarding the MOT. Initially, he started ignoring my messages. Then I called him to find out why is he doing so. Then agreed to book for MOT and he booked with one of the MOT centers in Accrington. He booked the MOT center and asked me to bring the vehicle to the MOT center as per the appointment fixed by him. When I went to the MOT center, the vehicle failed MOT and It was costing almost 750 Pounds. He started changing his words saying I did not promised anything to you as such to get the next MOT. He said, I only told you that I will book you for MOT center (( as if I cant do that myself). More over the MOT center he booked was 40 miles away from my place. The whole experience was quite upsetting for me. He rather started taking Oath on GOD and talking several things that I did not promise any such thing of getting you MOT. He then started even using rude and abusive language. Then I just disconnected the phone call. In first place why would I take a vehicle with only 3 months of MOT. He was not answering my question. I would recommend, Please make sure your self that you are purchasing from a reliable person and dealer. But don't buy anything from this dealer.
