Really poor communication. I had to chase them for over a week to find out what was going on with my damaged car. Bodytech put me onto this company who were supposed to help with the insurance process. They were terrible. They were very rude & unprofessional. They essentially accused me of fraud even after I sent them a copy of my driving license, proof of insurance and proof of address. I've now been left to drive a car 260 miles from home that is constantly leaking coolent from a damaged radiator and bumper. I'm trying to sell my car and they've wasted weeks of my time. I would highly recommend NOT using these people.

I cannot recommend Collision Solutions highly enough. Idiot ran into the back of me. Brownlowes of Warrington Body repair specialist recommended Collision Solutions. I phoned them just after 8.00am then at 9.00am Collision solutions rang me. They took on my claim. They arranged a courtesy car which was at the garage at 2.00 pm. They have kept me updated at all times with regarding my claim. Never had an accident before so not knowing what to do they just took over and did everything for me. Fantastic staff and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Collision Solutions who may need their help. Thank you so much 1 very happy customer

I called Collision Solutions several months ago. They told me I had a very good case and that we would likely win. I had two independent witnesses who were very keen to give statements. I received no updates from them whatsoever, and had to call them several times just to see what was going on. They kept telling me that they were waiting for the third party insurance to get back to them and that this could take several months. A couple of months later, I call to ask what is going on. They said you rang yesterday didnt you?, but I hadnt. Then they said Sam called you last month to tell you weve closed your case, again, another lie. Nobody had contacted me at all. They told me theyd closed my case because they couldnt get hold of my witnesses. Ive spoken to both of my witnesses and theyve not heard anything from Collision Solutions. One of my witnesses then called CS themselves and offered to give the statement there and then. She was told that the case had been closed and they didnt need her. CS are a bunch of liars. Absolutely no effort was put in to my claim at all. Disgusting service and absolutely disgraceful customer service. This was the easiest case in the world and theyve made no effort. They should be ashamed of themselves.
