I wish I couldve put a zero star on this as this is totally useless I tried to book wheelchair assisted taxis and on every occasion I tried to book one Ive waited over an hour in the pouring rain only to be told there are none available so have to push my wheelchair in the pouring rain with no assistance available

Waited 25 minutes for a taxi, then received a telephone call saying that the driver would be a further 25minutes. I remonstrated with me over the delay and he abruptly ended the call. A further 50 minutes later I received a call from the call centre saying they hoped to get a taxi to me in 50 minutes time. Apparently the previous driver objected to me complaining to him and refused to pick me up. I cancelled the booking. Disgraceful, inept, inefficient and useless company.
