The Chamber have been a huge help in allowing me to complete my Level 3 & 4 CIPS qualification, and I'm looking forward to continuing my learning throughout the next levels. The staff are great & really friendly, and the tutors are brill at making sure you're prepared for your exams.

Fantastic service. Chamber business training have been an amazing support function from start to finish. John Belamy is my tutor and is super helpful with lessons and will always be at the end of the phone to support, I took on CIPS during COVID which may of proven difficult but it's actually been very smooth, online lessons, easy access to John and Bex. Also, Bex from Chambers is super. I fell ill twice during COVID and I couldn't of asked for better support, they ensured my exams were postponed and i had the support there to help me. Thanks Bex/John, appreciate it.

My experience unfortunately hasnt been very good. Whilst the the tutorage has generally been good (although there were times when mock tests wouldnt be marked before the exams had taken place), the whole experience was tarred by the unprofessional and rudeness I experienced from the a member of the office staff after I enquired about a possible extension to tutor time due to Covid. If the answer was no that would have been fine, but what ensued was a rude, offensive and inaccurate response. A senior member of staff got involved with a solution but unfortunately no apology was give and the inaccuracies I pointed out were not addressed. Therefore I have taken my studies elsewhere. Edited to add my google account is in my maiden name which is why you dont have me down as a past student. I also have proof of the rudeness in email. Clearly you arent able to take this on board and improve but rather deny, which is disappointing but consistent with my experience with this company.
