        charged a random number of cash with no rate of any kind just 20 for a journey that everywhere else charges 10-12

        Phoned up for a taxi, was told it would be 15-20 minutes, no luck after 30, phoned again and was told it would be 5 more minutes, wasn't until 15 minutes later it arrived. Got in taxi, no apology for being late, went to put seatbelt in and there was no clip to put it into, informed the driver and he said it must be under the seat. At this point I asked him to let me out and I booked an uber for half the price.
