        Quite often when booking these taxis, they say few minutes. 30 minute later they show up. It would be handy to know the taxi is actually going to be roughly that long for better journey planning. Don't say a couple of minutes when it is actually going to be ages! !!

        Booked over 24 hrs in advance, and they gave the pick-up time. They phoned back, requesting that the pick-up was 10 minutes earlier than they originally stated. I agreed. They arrived 25 minutes late, which was also later than the original pick-up time. In taxi, the driver's sat-nav loudly stated "longest route"! This was a daytime trip for an essential apt.
