My 13 and 15 year old daughters along with three friends booked a taxi from Haslingden to Stacksteads at 22:30 at night. They requested a card reader as I was paying for the taxi when they were dropped off. The taxi arrived and there was no card reader, the taxi then drove to waterfoot to take them to a cash machine and wanted paying 30 there and then for the taxi!! The driver kept taking my phones off my daughters during the taxi home. I spoke to the driver when he dropped the children off to ask why the taxi cost 30 from Haslingden for him to say its 28 for 5 people in a mini bus. He was NOT in a mini bus and they paid 30 and was given no change l. The driver drove off half way through me trying to talk to him. I have phones the taxi company numerous times to ask why the driver charged my children this amount for the journey and am Still waiting for the manager to call me back over a week later! Appalling service and will be making a complete to the licensing service about this taxi company.
