        After the council building inspector and a structural engineer ruined my strip foundations, Dave saved my self build. Designed a raft foundation and saved me a fortune.

        Rang to get a quote and was put through to the engineer D J Lingard. The gentleman was not interested in quoting and was rude on the phone and seemed not to want the job. Instead of saying no, proceeded to talk abruptly over me and generally act as though he was doing me a favour by speaking on the phone. He was patronising and seemed to indicate I would not want to spend 250 on a report when purchasing a house and when its part of the mortgage process. My advice: avoid
