The most obnoxious unpleasant unprofessional person ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My business uses alot of storage, the normal place i use was completely booked so i found these on google. I spoke with him several times over the phone to discuss price availability and a meeting time. After everything was confirmed and agreed I notified my customer. After the weekend and having loaded the van with customers stock i arrived at his storage facility, after being kept waiting at the gate he turned up, I was met initially with a terrible attitude, he certainly did not appear to be happy to have me there, we proceeded to his office (a container filled with garbage and one desk, where mid conversation he started asking for a unmentioned deposit as well as the agreed payment upfront. I questioned why over our several telephone conversations he hadnt mentioned the new deposit scheme during the time we spoke about payment. Obviously working on behalf of my customers it is them that ultimately pay. He started sniggering and said... if you cant afford 150 deposit, maybe you shouldnt be in business I instantly stood up and told him I had never dealt with anyone so unprofessional and left. The whole engagement was quite disturbing and frankly weird. I left and after 5mins of ringing round found a lovley lady with container storage just 5mins away in oswaltwistle I would never EVER use this company no matter how desperate i needed storage. You have been warned

Superp facilities, never any trouble and with 24hr access perfect for my storage requirements. Would recommend to others
