        Awful service. No video or visual user guide. Units are not wifi or Bluetooth compatible. A phone call to them is considered chargeable support, when it's their equipment that was faulty. Seeking advice on my contract. Not satisfactory

        Great company to deal with whilst you paying one of there service packages. As soon as you cancel any package, you can not back up anything to your own hard drive, usb etc. And after 3 months the system goes to demo mode. I paid in good faith for full pos system and paid for over two years support, never used. When I cancelled the support that's when I found out if I wanted to back up my sales I had to pay 12.99 per month. Not full access given to system even though I have paid for it. Will never recommend these guys.
