Our overlocker was intermittently seizing up, so we brought it here to see if it could be fixed. Later the same day he phoned to say it had been fixed and serviced, and we picked it up and he charged 45. Next day we tried it out and it was exactly the same as before. Nothing had been done to it. What a swizz! Dont bother coming here unless you like throwing your money away.

I had issues with threading my machine (rookie beginner). Stewart guided me through it over the phone and hey presto!

I am absolutely delighted with the service received... Took in my old sewing machine that I thought was on its last legs and when I got it back it was running like a dream. Not only serviced but the lovely gentlman took time to give me tips and advice on how to keep it running smoothly for longer and therefore saving me on costly parts or a new machine. Can't praise him enough for his honest and upfront service. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
