Really rubbish experience, ordered food for a specific time slot after work. Got a call 20mins before the beginning of the time to let me know the delivery driver was outside my home. Ginoz refused to take the food back saying it was half an hour away. It wasn't 10 minutes away max. Food was cold when we arrived home luckily delivery driver had waited so it was dry. Food had to be reheated, discussed

Food was really cold took almost two hours to get here and the apple pies we ordered weee some sort of chocolate cake what I dont like sorry not good
