        Terrible customer service, they only care about selling the most expensive service, if you need help they cant be bothered as you are wasting their time

        Don't use this post office and never use royal mail if you want to actually receive your mail or parcels. Absolutely awful service provided

        Useless...they cant even get the opening hours correct, at my inconvenience. Last time i will use it.

        Waited in the queue for 15 minutes. Got to the counter only to be told to fill in customs declaration form before I could send the package. Had to go back in the queue for another 15 minutes and wait to send the package. Will not be using the General Post Office again. 2 people behind the counter and about 15 people waiting to be served. Service is rubbish . Not a happy Chappie.
